I pursued my basic medical education in India and subsequently undertook general practitioner training in the UK. Following two years of practising family medicine in the UK, I relocated to Canada.
I strongly believe that family physicians play a vital role in enhancing the physical and mental well-being of a population by establishing a stable patient base and fostering enduring connections.
This enables them to understand patients' expectations and concerns, develop meaningful relationships, and deliver optimal care over an extended period of time.
